Are You Looking for a Career That You Can Believe In?

—A message from Phil Cannella,
CEO of First Senior Financial Group and Master Elite IRA Advisor

There are two important concepts that financial professionals need to understand: The first is that the number of retired people in our great country is already enormous, and it's growing exponentially every year. The second is that the issues that face people in the Retirement Phase of their lives are far different than those faced by people who are still working and in the Accumulation Phase.

Most financial advisors in our country are general practitioners, financially speaking, who work with all age groups. The problem is that advisors can't hope to effectively serve their retired clients if they don't have the specialized training and knowledge about:
  • The technicalities and regulations surrounding the distribution of IRAs and other retirement accounts (because the vast majority of retirees' assets are held in these types of qualified accounts).

  • The tax implications that seniors face.

  • The guaranteed financial vehicles that especially benefit retirees, but are unknown to most advisors.

  • Long term care and estate planning issues.

  • Much more.
If advisors in this country don't start getting themselves trained in these specialized topics, and especially in the technicalities of IRA accounts, they might just wake up to be out of business. So if you want to be an elite IRA advisor for people in their retired years, these are just a few of the issues in which you need to become an expert.

In order to specialize, you need to make an ongoing time and financial commitment to learning all of the myriad laws, regulations, and financial vehicles that are applicable to retirees. You have to wield the Sword of Truth by using only accurate and truthful information, by having a commitment to dealing honestly and ethically, and by being in business as a senior advocate and not just to earn a commission.

If you're willing to do all this, and you think you're good enough to make the cut, then we want to talk to you. Send us an email at info@firstseniorfinancialgroup.com, and be sure to include your name, telephone number, region in which you do business, and how you heard about First Senior Financial Group.

I'm looking for the few advisors who want to wake up and truly believe in what they are doing in their careers, and who want to show the American senior how to Crash-Proof their retirement years.
